Types of tournament you can create with Web Pro Tournament Manager

One of the biggest benefits of using Web Pro Tournament Manager (WPTM) is how flexible it is when creating your tournament. From creation and setting up initial settings, through registration, payment, scoring, leaderboard, and reports, you can fine-tune the software to match what your organization needs to run as efficiently as possible.

This makes it possible to use WPTM for all sizes of tournaments, from the smallest single-day derbies to the largest state, regional, and national tournaments currently available. And because WPTM doesn't lock you into a specific tournament type, you can easily run different sized tournaments side-by-side, even at the same time!

Tried and tested setups

Following is a list of tournament types that have been run with the WPTM software. If your tournament type is not listed, it does not mean it can't be run with WPTM, it only means you may be setting new ground with the software:

  • Small 1- to 2-day derbies, including individual angler and team-based setups
  • Large-scale state and regional tournaments, from 500 to 2000 anglers
  • Membership-based organizational tournaments, both short- and long-duration
  • Tournament series and championships, including inshore, bay, offshore, flyfishing, and kayak
  • Single- and multi-species tournaments running either points- or weight/length-based scoring
  • Online-only regional and national tournaments
  • In-tournament group-based setups, including side bets and calcuttas
We know that every tournament is different and has it's own specific set of requirements, rules, and setups, so if your organization needs assistance in customizing WPTM to fit your needs, feel free to contact us anytime to get help.
